That depends on you and your reason for coming to hypnotherapy, but many people notice real improvements in 3–6 sessions. We’ll tailor it to your pace and needs.
Yes — I work with ages 17 and above. I adapt sessions to make them feel safe, age-appropriate and supportive. For younger people I offer Drawing and Talking or art-based therapy.
